Cancellation Policy
At Ophir, we have a 24 hour cancellation and no show policy. This is to honor our providers’ time, and to allow other clients the opportunity to schedule appointments. No-shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours will have a $75 fee automatically charged to their credit card on file.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy.
This agreement enables our team to consistently deliver top-quality service to you and future clients, while also demonstrating our appreciation for our team members’ time. Your cooperation in honoring this policy is essential to maintaining the excellence of our services. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are greatly valued.
Refund Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds for services that are already rendered. Please be aware that aesthetic outcomes may vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve your desired results, we cannot guarantee them. Any additional treatments required to meet your expectations are the responsibility of the client.
Retail Purchases: We adhere to a strict no-refund policy. However, should you encounter a defective product, we offer exchanges within a 14-day period for the same product only.
Please note that gift certificate purchases are non-refundable
